BEEN TRYING TO UPGRADE FOR 2 MONTHS

It has been more than a week now and I have not had a word from 8ta I just cant believe this, I'm beyond angry and frustrated!!! BUT THIS IS HOW THEY OPERATE AND OBVIOUSLY THEY GET AWAY WITH IT. THE JARGON IS THEY ARE ESCALATING IT TO ANOTHER DEPARTMENT AND I'M SUPPOSED TO BE HAPPY WITH THAT AFTER TWO MONTHS NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, JUST NO!!!
