Incompetency of telkom billing

I have been a contract customer with telkom mobile for a year now and in that year I have never missed a payment except in aug when debit order bounced because our salaries were paid late. Telkom then sent my account into collection. This is unlawful because my account was not in debt for more than 20days and I was not notified in writing. Nudebt however deducted the amoint owing plus the installment for September which was only supposed to be deducted on the 1st of Oct. My account has been suspended since the 18th of Sept but nudebt deducted the money on the 11th of September. I have since emailed proof of payment 5 times to different consultants but nothing has been done. I am very frustrated because I am suffering due to Telkom's incompetence I have asked to speak to any manager but they are always busy. I am very disappointed in telkom's service and if they continue treating people like this, they will lose customers. I will personally never recommend anyone to open a contract account with them. ANGRY and FRUSTRATED
