I'm soooo tired of empty promises and zero integrity. Gone is the days where you can trust someones word.

I've been trying to resolve an issue regarding my contract now for more than a month - and still no joy!

My contract have been wrongly cancelled, the mistake rectified on 8ta's side (also after months of arguing), and now that I want to upgrade after two years, I'm being told my contract was taken out in January (when my contract was reinstated) so I cannot upgrade.

After MANY phone calls and repeating myself and the whole story to EVERY representative, I still have no answer to my dilemma. My case keeps on escalating - or so they say - and everyone makes promises to phone me back, but till this day no one has kept that promise!

Come on Opportunity, Dean, Thabo, Xolani - SOMEONE must be able to give me feedback and sort out this mess!
