8ta cant upgrade but happy to terminate

22.5 months with 8ta I want to upgrade. Two trips to the shops later, they cant upgrade me. 4120438 is the reference number. I called them today with two options: upgrade or terminate. Will you belive they couldnt upgrade and were happy for me to terminate... I just had to go to the shops AGAIN! Ill fax theidiots
