Vodacom
I WANT MY NAME REMOVED

I called Vodacom last year May, to find out, how much it was i owed Vodacom, as i was previously not employed, i paid the amount of R3075.00, and this year 2013 January, VVM and Vodacome has been calling me, advising me that i have an outstanding balance of -R5000 to pay, i keep sending them the proof of payment, and they keep on calling me and asking me for the payment, they listed me on ITC, without informiing me beforehand, they do not want to remove my name off ITC, i am very irritated, and not impressed with the service we receive, VVM is so quick to list people, without facts... I WANT MY NAME CLEARED!!!
