The worst Vodacom repairs Centurion!

Issue: Job No. 9293571

I have left my wife's iphone at the above mentioned repair center in centurion on the 18 of October 2013.
On the 25 of October 2013 I have collected the phone without they even making an attempt to repair it.
Useless people!
Their excuse: Out of Apple's 1 year warranty system..
I have called the Vodacom Customer care and they SMS me and assured me that the warranty from Vodacom is a 2-years warranty, from which 1-year is covered by Apple and the extended year is covered by Vodacom. Below is the SMS sent to me with the call reference number for confirmation.
"The Vodacom 2-year warranty scheme is an extension of 1 year onto the normal 1-year manufacturer warranty. Thank you for calling Vodacom Customercare, your reference number for this call is: 318273717 "

The following website also mentioned that Vodacom and MTN have a 2-year guarantee. [URL Removed]

All compalins I've read regarding Vodacom's iphone warranty, they requested payment of R2800 for a swap, which is NOT LEGAL according to their warranty. They have also called me offering me a swap but I've rejected it due to the fact is unethical and illegal. Disgusted!
