Worst Service

Hi

I have been a loyal Altech Autopage Contract holder for 6 years and have been experiencing the worst service ever the past 3 months.

In September 2012 i moved to an Apple Iphone 4 and added a 500mb data bundle to my account. October i received the bundle after calling and asking why i hadn't received it yet. This continued in November and then in December i received no data, same in January. I been calling weekly since November to get update on when ill get data etc and never got feedback. As a result all the airtime i received i lost cause of Internet charges. Id loose almost R50 a day without even making a call. I as a result had to spend more money on recharging my account with airtime and data and sometimes wondering why i even bother having a contract if i don't receive anything anyway.

This has been the worst service Ive ever received and honestly think its time to cancel my contract with Autopage and move to Cell C directly.
