Worst service eve

Altech Autopage charges out of bundle data rates even though you have a data bundle. They haven't done this once but multiple time up until a point where i had to remove my account from a debit order service. So i can manage what i pay while my account was in dispute. Once i did this they cut my phone connection. In such away that i cant even phone them. My self and my wife are on the same contract. So they cut us both. Apparently if you move to cash payment option you have to pay by the 15th. That not one of the useless consultants told me even once. The first time they cut me off i had to go into a branch to get reconnected. That lasted a few days before they cut me off again. After the consultant reassured me that they will not cut me off again. This is the worst service provider I've ever used. Ive received better service from my local municipality.
