Worst Service Possible. They just don't care

At the end of October I received a ams notification from Autopage that my data bundle had run out. The following day (Saturday) i went into Autopage cellular in Northgate and requested an additional 1Gig of data. I explained my situation and requested that this additional data be activated immediately. I was told it would be. They failed to do this and on the followinmg Tuesday i got a sms from Autopage informing me that my out of bundle data was over R4000. I have made numerous calls to Autopage and visited the Northgate store. Yesterday I received a SMS saying they are debiting my account on Friday for over R6200. They just do not care. I warned them yesterday that I would put this in Hellopeter if I did not get a response. Well here we are!!! I have been a customer for over 15 years. This is appalling and I have notified Autopage not to attempt to debit my account otherwise it will be reversed. They are hopeless.
