CELL C HAD MY FONE NRLY 3MONTHS OUT OF 7!!!

I have never been so disgusted!! I got a phone from Cell C end of May begining of June, From the start it did not work, but as i work full time, i could only take the phone back a week later. Which of course fell out of the 7day return period. It was then sent in for Software upgrades... im sorry but how can a brand new phone need a software upgrade!?!?!? I was told it would be within a week... nearly a month later its ready... The phone wasnt even perfect after that, constant issues but because of the nature of my business I could not risk being without a phone for so long again. In December the phone was sat playing music and just magically switched its self off... we take it into the store and they say oh its just a software update thats needed you will have it back working in 3-6weeks.. 7weeks later we still hear nothing... we go in and told we must come back with some number.. we go away and get it and call them.. yes its ready please collect in a couple of days time... we get in the store to find out it BER what ever that means. staff no help what so ever!!! how can a phone be completely kaput within such a short period of time. I WANT IT FIXED NOW!!!
