My bank contacted me with a very nice sounding deal where I get 2 SIM cards (micro and mini) and a USB modem (or so I understood) on a 24 month contract with Cell C.

It was a day late arriving by courier and there was only 2 SIM cards in the boxes.

I called 084 145 (option 2), they didn't answer the phone.

I sent an email to customer services, asking for confirmation on the details and costs of the contract (it was still a nice deal even if I misunderstood and there was no modem).

Apart from an automated response, customer services has still (5 days later) not responded to my email.

Finally today after repeated phone calls and being passed around to various departments I managed to get the contract cancelled (at least I hope so).

I have never used Cell C before. The SIM cards are still sealed in their packaging. A prompt response would have cleared up any misunderstandings, but now I'm a disgruntled ex-Cell C customer.
