I Bought a phone on 28 Nov 2012 at Mtn woodmead, i deceided to to put insurance on it because i wanteed to add it to my other inurance. When i found that it was expensive to put it on my other insurance i decided to go back to mtn on 23 Jan 2013 and ask for the insurance that they offered me initially.

one of the consultant processed the insurance. and told me that everything was in order. and my child's bag was snatched on 13 Feb 13, and when i tried to claim the phone thats when i was told that the risk was rejected. MTN never notified me so that i can look for other optons, now they just said sorry, honetly a phone worth R7000 and you just say sorry??? please do somthing abt it
