With regrard to REQ:1734926 . Mtn richards bay finally got back to me, and now want to say that they told me the phone I was taking was on a promotion which is a LIE!! There was no mention of a promotion at all! And now they saying they can't migrate me back to my top up package because of that.. The lady who did my upgrade was named Promise and there was another lady next to her. The lady next to Promise told me it would cost more on top up and I said its fine. Now that lady phoned me back and she said. Never said that.. Now I am going to be with a contract I don't want I am going to pay even more because of them!! Iv never ever had any problems with mtn until I upgraded my phone at richards bay.
