Vodacom incorrectly deducted an amount of -R56 off my December account. This was incorrectly billed. The refund was never allocated to my account in time for the January debit order to go. Further on the January debit order was R200 more than it should be seeing that im on a top up 275 contract. Total amount due by Vodacom to me R260.

Vodacom doesnt notify me and i have to contact them all the time. SUCH BAD SERVICE! glad i went over to Cell C!! Still awaiting my refund!
