Account incorrectly debited

I have 3 accounts wit Vodacom and they amount to on average R750 pm. My cell number is 0716798551. This morning I have received a debit order confirmation that R2809.20 has been deducted from my account with ref no. I0829498 0172206023, upon calling the vodacom call centre they confirmed that this is NOT my account and I have been incorrectly charged with someone else's bill. This is apsurd!! Can this please be reticfied... As I am being told it will take 7 days to get my refund... I am extremely frustrated and something needs to be done ASAP!
