Due to experiencing issues with my 3G internet connection I opted to have a ADSL line installed at my property. To cut a long story short; 3 engineers had to come out. One to install a new copper line to my property, second to do some technical connection and the 3rd to physically "switch" the line on. In each of these appointments a Telkom agent gave me estimate delivery time and every time they delivered as promised.
I wish to congratulate Telkom and the staff that assisted me on this achievement. My experiences in the past has not been so effortless. WELL DONE!
I must now apply to have my line upgraded to ADSL. Lets see if Telkom can make it 4 in a row :)
