Charging more all the sudden...?

In November of 2013, Got a invoice via email. I was charge double the amount and more than usually. Went to Telkom mobile at Centurion, very helpful... got a case number (7240199). Got a phone call telling me that it sorted out. The guy is in told me that my account is in credit. No money will taken from my account in December. All happy about the quick response...

Got new Invoice, I saw its wrong again! I did tell Telkom about the wrong invoice again. They said: We will let the account department know.

Mid January 2014, Internet not working, Called and the lady told me the account has been suspended, due to you didn't pay your account for December. I wanted to hit that women through the phone. how can i pay my account if its in debit order?

So after Stripping my with your stupid account department nothing is working, and over a 1000 was taken out of my account, i demand my money back that you ow me! I cancelled my account through paper work and evidence of. I emailed everything. now I am waiting and waiting and waiting...

I am blaming the CEO of Telkom, for the and bad service that took place.

so please lett me know when this is sorted out?
