Pathetic 3G / HSDPA signal in Rooihuiskraal No

This is the third time I have written in complaint of the lack of 3G and HSDPA coverage in my area. I have been told that apparently a mast near the blue valley mall is under repair however I have been experiencing this issue for 4 months now. I run a Vodacom 3g tablet from my house and sit on HSDPA 90% of time whilst with my 2 x S3 phones on MTN I sit on EDGE 90% of the time. I reside in Amberfield heights fish eagle street Rooihuiskraal north. I have ref [Query: #6161599] and [Ref: ref # 0049941] and [#6210779] and was told on the 23rd Jan that the issue would be attended to in 10 working days, of course this did not happen and upon following up again was told that "Communication will be send to our national quality and coverage coordinator to give feedback". All of these responses are nothing more then generic banter. It is pathetic with the roll out of LTE (of which I fall into the coverage area) I cannot even get past edge signal. Regret ever going to MTN, Branches are just as useless and unhelpful and just keep directing me to the Coverage Contact Centre.
I want this issue sorted out or I will find away to cancel the contracts through the CPA
