I have had no signal at home since early January to date the problem has not been fixed despite many undertakings from a multitude of consultants! There have been promises and. Now its seems even your cancellations department have lost its nerve.

S3-SH028-8C2C4 I have been a loyal customer holding numerous contracts for years but this is enough.

(The latest: from the consultant Millicent: the process will take MONTHS!!! So do i just accept not having any service??? Vodacom you have turned into a JOKE!

You have breached contract and I accept your repudiation. Debit orders stopped.
