No Signal - No Service - Broken promises

If you're a potential cellphone contract purchaser, my advice is to go for the cheapest option in the market probably Cell C. The reason i say so is that in EVERY Company with a call centre there are BIG service problems.

With Vodacom i have no signal for 4 months at home and myself my wife, nanny and housekeeper are all at home all day, after making numerous calls for a booster to be installed with the latest call to the cancellations department. Everyone promises something and nothing is delivered while we continue to pay R1300 per month for our cellphones.

If there were a place where i could buy a booster myself i would. Not what i expect from Vodacom.
