My line's been suspended due to CellC not debiting

In December 2012 I switched from Standard Bank to FNB. I informed Cell C of these changes & I got an sms from them confirming that the details have been changed. The next instalment was supposed to run at the end of January 2013 and it didn't, I then e-mailed Cell C asking them why they haven't debited the instalment and I was informed by the consultant I spoke to that my new bank details were not updated properly, the brank code wasn't there at all. She then re-captured the details correctly and informed me that the debit order will run again at the end of February 2013.

Yesterday I was contacted by a male consultant from Cell C, telling me that my account is in arrears. I explained to him why my account is in arrears. He wasn't prepared to listen to me effectively & persisted on forcing his way in, in the conversation - maybe covering for his incompetent colleaugue who didn't capture my bank's branch code.

I am in the process of opening a case against Cell C because it's not my fault that they didn't run the debit order, I gave them all the new information they needed but they still failed to do the right thing therefore I am taking legal action. I've had it with Cell C!!
