Mweb
Ongoing Problem

I still have a problem with Mweb that they see my problem solved on their side, but I don't, and wont accept it, as I have told time countless times, I did not recieve any letter not one, or two, but nothing! and as far as I know they don't have the right to list me on ITC, they ignored the correct steps, and I will contact the Consumer Council to take further steps to solve this case, my account with Mweb is fully paid up, and they can take me off from ITC, but they just dont want to. I wont reccomend their services to anyone.
