Almost a year ago mweb notified me to change my email account password because it was to easy. The moment I changed my password all my account settings changed as well. Ever since the password change I can't log onto the mweb mobi site, setup my emails on any smart phone/device or setup my emails on Microsoft Outlook. I keep receiving a error message saying my user name or password is incorrect AND I CAN ASSURE YOU IT IS NOT!!! I have tried every combination of both my user name and password but I get the same error messages.

I have been in contact with mweb consultants and technicians ever since the problem started almost a year ago and I'm still stuck with this. Mweb assistants emailed me that they tried everything and that they are not receiving the same error as me. I repeatedly told them I am using the steps on the mweb website to setup my emails and thats when I get the error message but the assistants keeps on telling me that there is no error on their side and I must use the steps.

I'm also not allowed by mweb to divert my mweb emails to any other email provider so I am stuck at mweb and I'm sick and tired of staff just telling me they don't see any errors sorry. HELP!!
