Still haven't solved my problem

MWEB contacted me - I explained my problem - they said they could access my website - I said I knew that but other people couldn't - I offered them names of clients who had not been able to access my website - they said they would contact them they never did and now have again dropped the ball

I still have the problem!!!

Is there nobody at MWEB who can solve this problem!!!
