I am a Cell C customer and made use of a Blackberry which i took out in December 2010 and sSeptember 2012 i qualified for an early upgrade. I then took a Samsung S3 and i continued paying for my BB until end of December. On my bb i used the BIS recurring service which was R57 a month on top of the R250 that I paid per month. On the 4th Feb I received an sms saying I owed Cell C R428.00 I was shocked as I didn't know I would pay this much, I then contacted the call centre on Thursday the 7th of Feb after i realised that my account was suspended, I was told that the charges was for the BIS Recurring service that i no longer made use of as i am making use of my upgraded samsung S3 since my upgrade took place about 5 months ago. This made me realise that Cell C has been charging me for a service that was cancelled..I have contacted the call centre several times but no one ever helps or comes up with a solution. I advised Cell C that i wont be making payment before Cell C has refunded me all monies charged . please will someone take responsibility and assist with resolving this matter - i am stuck without a phone due to Cell C's Incompetence.
