Please note I purchased this mobile last year on 31 July 2012, despite the poor service which I received in store I have had numerous issues with the device itself.

I am sure this is not a first, there are many others with the same issue as mine, my phone overheats and occasionally switches off.

I have taken this mobile in for repairs twice now already, both times the service desk agents in store said my phone was extremely hot when I brought it in, I said that this is a problem and causes my mobile to die quickly.
With the particular contract package I am on I received two batteries, I am not sure if this two batteries served as some sort of compensation for the device being faulty. Both times that I submitted my device in for repairs I sent both batteries with to ensure the batteries are not faulty, since then I have had both original batteries received with the mobile replaced... leaving me questioning myself as to what the real problem is? the device? or the batteries? I have been informed that this is a motherboard malfunction where the phone overheats.
I AM EXTREMELY UNHAPPY!!! THIS PHONE DOES NOT WORK!!!
