Waiting a month for stock with no updates

I applied for a 12 month contract on the E586 Wifi pocket in the middle of January. I was approved within 2 days. i was told they were out of stock and will be getting by the end of the week. I never heard back from them, so i went in one week later. i was told that they are still waiting and they will contact me. after being patient after a few days, I went in again, by that stage that deal was no longer on special and that device was no longer being sold. the consultant told me that he would contact your head office to see if he could get the current device on special on a 12 month contact. this device was more pricey and not what I had applied for. i was never contacted again so I went into the shop again today . i spoke to a different consulant who couldnt give me any information about if head office was contacted. she told me that they are recieving stock of the original device but could not give an exact day. She was having trouble logging onto the system to check if she could get stock from another store. It has been a month now and I am still without a device. why have these specials if you do not stock the devices. I would like to know what will be done about stock problem
