Telephone Line out of service for 5 days already

Following a lightning strike on the evening of Friday 8 February, I have not had any telephone/ADSL service since. I have logged the fault with Telkom (151CTK100213) but their technical department hasn't even made contact with me yet. When I phone 10210 to get a progress update they can't tell me anything around timelines to repair the fault. I am paying for a service that is not working - surely there must be SLA's within which Telkom need to attend to the problem or else I'm not going to be willing to pay for the service during this period of downtime. This is extremely disruptive given my dependence on internet access and Telkom are once again not showing me an ability to provide an efficient resolution.
