Terrible Service

I took a Cell C contract out at Games in Cresta for R199 per month all inclusive last year July, from the first month until now I am getting charged for Itemized billing which was supposed to be included in the R199. I have since then contacted the customer care centre and spoke to numerous people who advised that it has been resolved and they will no longer charge me this additional amount but its still getting debited through my account!
