DEBITED FOR A CONTRACT THAT HAS BEEN PAID UP

I have been debited for an amount of - R199 for a contract that has been paid up, i have phoned the call centre and get the same response from operators i speak to, " you have 5 months on your account and its correct that the amount i mentioned is being taken off... its so frustrating firstly i paid this contract up on the 30.04.2013 i liased with a person from escalation called NELLY MAMOTHETI, when i emailed her (i have all the emails on record) i told her due to financial reasons i had to pay this contract up she said and i quote ' THE BALANCE OUTSTANDING IS R1962.96 excluding your current debit order due which was R240.21" i duly paid the settlement on my contract and emailed her and got a confirmation that she had indeed received my payment of the said amount R1962.96, she advised me over the phone to rather put this money in a credit and they will take the amount off ea month so i dont loose my call minutes and sms which i agreed upon. PLEASE CELL C why are you know debiting my account of R199.00??? i have had someone from the call centre phone me buy my phone is faulty so please email me or try phone me on tuesday when i get my cell phone back from the repair shop.
