I have been experiencing high latency problems with my 1 meg uncapped home line with Web Africa for just over two months now. About 5 people I know have been experiencing the same problem, especially in games like Starcraft 2.

Web Africa support has sent Telkom out about seven times and have come up with every excuse in the book. Telkom could not find the problem because the problem is from Web Africa. I applied for a 7 day mweb 1meg uncapped trial account and that solved the issue. I informed Web Africa of this issue and they said that they would upgrade their line and it would take a week. It has been about three weeks now and still no change.

I passed on the news to the other 5 people experiencing this problem, 4 of the 5 left Web Africa and joined Mweb, the fifth person has a large amount of customers with Web Africa and threatened Web Africa that he would remove all his clients from Web Africa, they upgraded his line to a more stable business line instantly and he has no problems. I tried to fight for the same deal with Web Africa pretty much invited me to join Mweb.

If your a gamer do not use Web Africa, you will get game kicks due to Latency & no support or fix.
