Bad Workmanship (Management Please Assist)

I have been experiencing really bad latency on my telkom adsl line from the 1st of March 2013. I have called the call centre on a numerous amount of occasions to try and resolve this problem., at first i was told the problem was with mweb. However the helpfull people at mweb assisted me in trying to find the source of the problem by testing several different accounts on the same line including the Telkom guest account all wielding the same results. I was then advised from the mweb technicians that from there systems they pick up a high volume of traffic coming from the exchange i am on and we then narrowed the problem down to being a telkom fault. i made telkom aware of the situation and they did port resets for each and every day since the 4th of March 2013 all to no avail. Nevertheless the first technician ive seen at my premises was yesterday after complaining from the 1st of the month. I have asked to be moved over to a different exchange as well and still nothing has been done to solve my problem. I am so frustrated i dont know what to do any longer, If anyone can assist me with my problem i'd highly appreciate it although i know i will still be charged for the month of so fa
