I have recently signed up for a ADSL line through Telkom. Wow am I dissappointed in your service! If I had known it was this much of a struggle I would've rather signed up for a usb modem @ MTN! My installation is scheduled for today. I was told when I signed up that the technician would contact me to advise what time I can expect him. Well it is 9am now & I have received NO phone call. I called your call centre for assistance & was told that they cannot help me because they don't even know which technician has been dispatched. Your consultant very rudely said it is my problem if I must wait at home until 15:00. This is unaccepabtle! As a new client I should be kept in the loop & not have to phone after your staff.
