2 months of no adsl and still being billed!

We have moved homes twice in the last 12 months and instead of freezing our line while we are renovating, Telkom insisted they will move the line at no additional costs., however we have been billed additionally to not even having Internet access! The first time we move our line in June it took us many hours on the phone with unfriendly and incompetent staff to eventually activate our line properly, as we discovered it was an administrative error. We moved our line again to our new home on the 22nd November and we still have no Internet, after many a phone call, store visits as well as modem, cable, laptop and all devices checked in store.

We are beyond frustrated with Telkome, can someone please assist and follow up with the last consultant who hung up the phone mid sentence?
