MTN - STILL NO RESPONSE SINCE 14 JAN

I have yet to have a response from MTN since 14 January regarding my blacknerry that went in for repairs. you cannot even get through on the phone = no one responds.
Amazing how they find your cell number when they want to sell you extra benefits - when i told the lady that it would be great if i had a phone to have these benefits on she put the phone down.
i am no at my wits end with MTN and so disgusted!!!
