The Agent from this company: An African lady I cant recall her name but its one of the above..or you can check on your system to see who called my number at 8:39 today.!!! SHE calls my number to try and sell so Golden rewards benefits, as she was selling this thing which I was hearing for the first time in my life... I asked for more explanation on it but she was too proud to explain an told me i will be getting a broucher with all the info, thats how i will get to know how the benefits work.
I then asked her to explain now since i wont be getting the broucher today... SHE GOT SO IRRITATED AND PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME... who is she to be calling people and throwing tantrums worse part she calls me on MY phone and do WHAT...???

You need to send that person back for training... and make her undrstand she is an AGENT...!!!
