Taking away all my benefits

We did an early upgrade from a blackberry to a samsung s4. Cell c said that i can only use my samsung benefits once the blackberry contract completed the full 24 months. Now because i did a sim swop to a micro sim to be able to use the samsung, cell c is taking away my blackberry benefits as well. So i need someone to explain to me why, if my bb benefits are taken away then give me my samsung benefits. Why am i being penalised?
