Decided to get a contract with vodacom yesterday and asked if they could port my number, they said fine no problem it will be up and running on the new sim card within 2 to 24 hours. so i waited.
over 30 hours later i am still waiting both my sim cards have been disconnected and i am now siting without any network on either of my sim cards.this is not acceptable and i would like to know what vodacom is going to do to keep me happy because at this point in time i am considering cancelling the contract i created with them yesterday and taking my money else where!
