Failure to comply with terms and conditions of the

Telecommunications

I have entered into a Contract with Vodacom, top up 135. In here they had to assist me with porting MTN number (078 768 6830) into Vodacom network on the said contract.
Porting was done wrongly, for Vodacom did it on prepaid number not the provided MTN ported number. Based on that, Vodacom violated the terms of the contract.
I have been patient for Vodacom to redress the error for two months, communicating with them for more that ten times. In the process more than four Sim cards we used in vain. The current one is the fifth one, still the problem is not addressed.
Subsequently, I which to terminate this contract because the operation is not in line with the contract.
