I called Vodacom yesterday to increase my limit. I was told that I would be able to use my phone within 2 hours. AFter waiting for about 4 hours, I called again and was told that everything is sorted and that I should try again.

After 24 hours of not been connected, I called again this morningto be told that there is a technical problem on Vodacoms end and now I have to wait for a further 48 hours and alot of clients is affected

This is not acceptable as I need to be able to use my phone and that TAT is not acceptable especially since already waiting for more than 24 hours.

This is an inconvenience caused by Vodacom and I do not accept this level of service. I want this sorted out now
