Simple really, Vodacom deleted my 2 x numbers (on contract) and 3G card number also without my consent. After rectifying the issue Vodacom issued me with 3 x sim cards 2 which was a micro sim card meant to be used for my cellphones and the other a standard 64k sim card which was to be used for my 3G card. The problem i am having is that Vodacom assigned number 0768666220 as a 3G number for data and the 3G / data number as my cell number. After having tried to sort the problem out at my own expense mind you i then found that Vodacom did not load the airtime correctly on my number.

Please can someone educated and by that i mean someone who knows the difference between a micro sim card and an ordinary sim card to call me, as my query is way too long to type here. I have the names and positions and branches of all the people i spoke to who do not know the difference between sim cards. I would prefer someone from legal to call me as i would like to charge Vodacom for breach of contract and what i have to say is way to long to explain here!!!
