Disclosure of info to third party

Last Monday a 3rd party called for an itemised billing on my account. This info was emailed to the person without enquiring from myself. even if the 3rd party had my info, the email addresses were completely different and still, my full cell account was emailed. I spoke to a consultant on Wednesday the 13th Feb. To this day I have had no apology or feedback from Cell C. This is definitely a breach of contract
