NO RESPONSE TO QUERIES - REF. 94177294 [#5967070]

In November 2012 I queried an overcharge on PSD usage. Customer services forwarded the query to billing and informed me on 21/11/12 that there's a turnaround period of 10 working days. Come December, still no response. In reply to my email querying the status of my complaint, I was informed on 10/12/12 that a credit note of R1193.46 had been generated and sent for approval. Nothing further was heard from MTN.
on 1/1/13 I again emailed customer services for a response, which was "Please note that we have further escalated this query to our Billing Supervisor to assist promptly." Nothing further was heard from them. I again queried on 14/1/13 when I received my statement, as no credits had been passed. Again I was told that the Billing department would contact me. To date I have not been contacted by anyone from MTN, and this is really poor service! Hopefully this report will help?
