No response to email for over a month

It disappoints me to have to write this report, because in the past Discovery have always been fantastic at responding to emails. But I sent a query regarding a medsaver issue on 3 December, and each time I get "we have forwarded your query to medsaver and you'll get a response in 3-5 working days." Well, it's been over a month now. I don't want to call the call centre... it's expensive on a cellphone. Why can't my query just get dealt with via email? My initial email was sent to [Email Removed] on 3 Dec and was answered by Anthea Adams on 6 Dec, saying she has forwarded it to the Medsaver department. After no further response, I emailed [Email Removed] again on 19 Dec and got a response on 27 December from Chris Bell that he had forwarded it to the Medsaver department. I then sent an email direct to [Email Removed] on 7 January and have heard nothing.
