Take good money in exchange for lousy service

About a year ago I took a R149 (2gig 2gig) modem contract and has since had erratic, slow & lousy service. I complained at the outlet where I did my business only, quite flippantly to be told "Oh, we are aware of poor service in my area" but please make a service complaint directly to Vodacom. This I did on two occasions and on two occasions received acknowledgment and was assured the technical guys are working on it. I reckon these guys are either lying or just to stupid to do something about the quality of service because for more than a year I am still stuck with junk. What ticks me off is that every month Vodacom deducts every cent they feel entitled to regardless of their failure to deliver the service they contractually sold. THEY ARE IN BREACH OF OUR CONTRACT. Other customers in other places seem to have what they bought. If this area is in a bad position why was I not warned - This will be an excuse and a because my daughter' s MTN modem works beautifully.
I am tired of having time out's while banking and unpopular with my kids as my Skype assures me that the speed of my connection, but then that sounds right as Voacom.
