No one wants to help me with a broken route

I am so demoralized. I got an ADSL router about two months ago, and for the first month everything went smooth.

All of a sudden my router started acting up, disconnecting frequently, and I have to reset the router constantly to stay connected.

I reported it to Iburst technical, and Advanced technical departments. They said I must take my router to the closest branch, where they have to test it, and replace if necessary.

I took it to the menlyn branch. The MANAGER there (Adele) said that she cannot test it, as they don't have ADSL. She also said that I did not get the router from her branch, and that is not her problem.

NO ONE wants to help me, and I am a paying customer. I never miss my payments, and I pay a pretty penny at that.

Iburst is the worst service provider I have ever had, and I am a patient man.

I cannot even cancel my contract as they have me signed up for 2 years.

I have to pay for 2 years, and get no service... I want to cry.

Still... No one helps me.
