Vodacom is absolutely pathetic!!!

Vodacom makes all these promises about being amazing and offering great deals but they can't even do a simple upgrade without it being an issue. Always a problem and an excuse. Absolutely pathetic! It is a joke that they cannot process a simple transaction. Absolutely disgrace of a company!
