Every month for the past 10 Months now I had 2 complaints per month and technical issues. The technical support is useless due to the fact that so far I had to sort out my own connection problems every time. While it was climbing on the roof and fixing my panel or buying a layer 2 router to do my routing for me because the modem is faulty. They don't want to replace my router nor give me the support that I need. I have to pay them subscription fee every month but my internet goes down more than 2 weeks per month. I don't get any answers nor support. Every time I phone I get stupid comments of how to run a network. I myself am a Network Specialist. I know what I am doing with a PC and Network. Don't give me an "I don't know answer". Only one technical support consultant was useful (Pieter). The rest are just voices over the phone that knows how to make me angry. I can't leave Iburst because I get told I to pay the rest of the subscription in full. But I don't even get half of the time full internet. How is that fair. Sort it out.By law what is happening is wrong and has to get sorted out by the suppliers expense.!!! NOT THE CLIENT!!!
