I am so annoyed with RSAWeb! I bought a domain from them a year ago only to experience terrible service and lack of assistance when trying to create a webpage out of it. I since formally requested NOT to renew my account with them another year and told them I would move it to AfriHost (Afrihost has amazing service by they way, very very helpful). I have an email from them agreeing to this. Since then they have debited my account 3 times (they are only meant to debit once a year normally and not at all since I've cancelled the account) I have been debited "penalty costs" for lack of payment after they debit my account and automatically reimburse me because their left hand obviously doesn't know what their right hand is doing! I get the feeling that one department is clued up with my account and therefore automatically reimburses me but the other department is RUINING MY CREDIT RATING AND INCONVENIENCING me beyond tolerance. I've sent numerous emails and simply can't take this anymore. Please be warned: DO NOT GIVE RSAWEB YOUR BANKING DETAILS. Rather use Afrihost!
