Where to start... After three years of fighting over bad service and our data somehow just getting switched off for no reason or paying for a 4Mb line and getting 1Mb if we're lucky or our settings changed and not corresponding which also results in lower bandwith... We decided to migrate our line to AfriHost so they could deal with Telkom instead. This is meant to be an easy process. Phone, press 3 and cancel the line, that is IF someone decides to pick up the phone in the four days we have been trying to get a hold of them.

I eventually went in to N1 city because I was so frustrated where the lady behind the counter had the biggest attitude I have ever encountered telling me to ' read the sign, what does it say? It says new applications'. A couple minutes later another customer asked to speak to the manager about the lady's attitude (unrelated).

I called from the landline IN telkom and sat there for half an hour listening to the stupid song over and over again after which an employee FINALLY helped me to get through on her direct line.

Honestly... This is! Its almost like you dont WANT to help anyone. I cant wait till i dont have to deal with Telkom!
